Hey guys! Today I have the July Fandom Flakies Box to share with you. This box consist of three polishes. The polishes are made by Bee's Knees Lacquer, Night Owl Lacquer and a guest maker each month. The guest maker this month is Wildflower Lacquer and their fandom theme is Animal Crossing. Read on for more info, photos and live swatches!

Bee’s Knees Lacquer-How Much For a Turnip?

Described as a soft rose gold/silver/green shifting polish with a scattering of blue/violet iridescent flakes and holo flakes. Shown here in 2 coats, plus top coat. Formula was good and applied well. Dries with some texture so a top coat is needed for a full, glossy finish.

Night Owl Lacquer-Wasp Sting

Described as a bright yellow with gold holographic shreds, copper flecks and lots of gold/bronze/green crystal chameleon flakes. Shown here in 3 coats, plus top coat. Formula was a bit sheer but built up well. Dries with some texture so a top coat is needed for a full, glossy finish.

Wildflower Lacquer-Mermaid Melody

Described as a delicate rose pink base packed with a rainbow of crystal flakes, and scattered holo flakes. Shown here in 3 coats, plus top coat. Formula was sheer but built up pretty well. Dries with some texture so a top coat is needed for a full, glossy finish.

Ribbits and Stickits-Waterslide Decals

Instructions:

1. Paint nails, let dry completely.

2. Cut out the desired image.(Try cutting as close as possible to the image)

3. Place in warm water for 5-10 seconds.

4. Using your thumb & index finger slide the paper backing from the image.

5. Lightly dampen the back of the decal.

6. Place image on your nail, pressing down to remove any air bubbles.

7. Seal it with a top coat.

Tip:

If you prefer to use the decal over a colored/darker polish it's best to paint the back of the image with white polish/acrylic paint letting it dry before applying it to the nail.

Ribbits and Stickits-Frogetaboutit Acetone Additives

A scented glycerin and oil mixer that you mix with your acetone to prevent drying from pure acetone.

Using this makes it so your nails and cuticles aren't left with that yukky white residue, dry nails and dry cuticles. These are 15ml bottles and come in 2 scents. I add half the bottle to my 8oz container of acetone to achieve the results below when using it.

Scents:

1. I'd Rather Be Picking Fruit: ripened peach, cranberry, bergamot, jasmine, white musk, strawberries, pineapple, jasmine, creamy coconut, basil, sparkling notes of lime, lemon, and orange rinds

2. 5 Star Island: sweet blend of tangy, tropical and exotic grapefruit, tropical pineapple and creamy coconut in a smooth, subtle vanilla base
