Rogue Lacquer-Shattered Balls
Described as a silvery glittery flake bomb of sparkle with turquoise metallic flakes.
Shown here in 3 coats alone as well as 1 coat over black, plus top coat. Formula was good and applied well. Dries with a good amount of texture so I sealed this with 1 coat of Glitter Grabber plus 1 coat of a fast dry top coat.
