Sassy Pants Polish-Mystic Emerald
DESCRIPTION:
Described as a blackend rich emerald base with green, turquoise and gold flakies and holographic glitters.
FORMULA & APPLICATION:
Shown here in two coats plus top coat. Formula was good and applied well.
FINISH:
Dries semi glossy with a subtle texture. Top coat needed for a full glossy finish.
