Hi loves! Anyone simply not into the who Valentine's thing? I've been happily married for almost 13 years and the hubs and I have only celebrated once! lol We don't really do the whole V-day thing, if you love someone you shouldn't have to take one day to show that, instead show it all year round. Personally to us the only awesome thing about Valentines Day is all the discounted candy the day after! hahaha! So if your one of those 'cupid sucks' people then this is the perfect set of polishes for you! This is the Valentine's Trio by Bliss Polish. This set consist of three polishes all in different finishes. A crelly, a matte and a scattered holo flakie. Read on for more info!
Bliss Polish-Party Of One
DESCRIPTION:
Party Of One is described as a crelly microglitters filled with pink, black and gold glitters
FORMULA & APPLICATION:
Shown here in two coats plus a top coat. Formula was great and applied well. Sheer first coat but built up well by the second. No fishing needed for glitters.
FINISH:
Dries semi glossy and textured. Needs a top coat for a smooth, glossy finish.
Bliss Polish-Tainted Love
DESCRIPTION:
Tainted Love is described as a bright berry filled with platinum flakes with a scattered holo
FORMULA & APPLICATION:
Shown here in two thin coats plus a top coat. Formula was great and applied well. Very opaque in just one coat but I always do two for good measure.
FINISH:
Dries semi glossy and with a subtle texture. Needs a top coat for a smooth, glossy finish.
Bliss Polish-Dark Heart
DESCRIPTION:
Dark Heart is described as a black matte cream
FORMULA & APPLICATION:
Shown here in two coats, no top coat. Formula was great and applied like butter. Unlike most mattes, it doesn't dry too quickly so you don't have to rush to apply it before it starts drying. Mostly opaque in one coat but due to my serious ridging I had to apply a second to hide them.
FINISH:
Dries Matte. If you would like a glossy finish you would need a top coat.
NOTES:
This does need a good shake before use because the color tends to settle a bit in the matte base.
MY THOUGHTS:
I love this trio! I especially enjoyed how each polish had its own finish. My personal favorites are Dark Heart and Party Of One because I am pretty obsessed with both matte and crelly polishes! Which is your favorite? Plan on grabbing these beauties?
