Hi guys!! I have Turtle Tootsie Polishes 'ELF' collection to share with you today! This collection consist of seven polishes in numerous finishes that are all inspired by Chrissy's favorite Holiday movie 'ELF' featuring Will Farrell. I was also sent her 'surprise' polish! Read on for more info!
Buddy, The Elf is described as a lime green scattered holo with green-gold flakies and is inspired by the star of the movie, 'Buddy The Elf'. I applied two coats to achieve full opacity and sealed it with a glossy top coat. Formula was good and applied well.
Turtle Tootsie Polishes-The Yellow Ones Don't Stop
The Yellow Ones Don't Stop is described as a mustard yellow with yellow-green holo micro glitter. I applied three thin coats and sealed it with a glossy top coat. Formula was on the sheer side and I could see my free edge pretty well, but it does apply easily. Dries textured so a top coat is needed for a smooth finish.
Turtle Tootsie Polishes-The Toilets Are Ginormous
The Toilets Are Ginormous is described as a dark green turquoise holo with gold shift. I applied two coats to achieve full opacity and sealed it with a glossy top coat. Formula was good and applied well.
Turtle Tootsie Polishes-Smilings My Favorite
Smilings My Favorite is described as a rose red holo with gold flakies. I applied two coats to achieve full opacity and sealed it with a glossy top coat. Formula was pretty opaque in one coat but I almost always do two coats for good measure.
Turtle Tootsie Polishes-Passion Fruit Spray
Passion Fruit Spray is described as a coral scattered holo with iridescent flakies. I applied two coats to achieve full opacity and sealed it with a glossy top coat. Formula was good and applied well.
Turtle Tootsie Polishes-Is There Sugar In Syrup?
Is There Sugar In Syrup? is described as a blackened purple that shifts gold making it look brown. I applied two coats to achieve full opacity and sealed it with a glossy top coat. Formula was really opaque in one coat but did two for good measure. This one is my personal favorite!
Turtle Tootsie Polishes-Worlds Best Cup Of Coffee
Worlds Best Cup Of Coffee is described as a chocolate brown holo with brown and gold flakies. I applied two coats to achieve full opacity and sealed it with a glossy top coat. Formula was good and applied well.
Turtle Tootsie Polishes-Christmas Bracelets
Christmas Bracelets is the 'surprise' polish. This will be added to Turtle Tootsies 'bracelets' collection for a short period of time. Described as a red and gold micro glitter polish. I applied one coat and then sponged on a second. Dries very textured so one or two coats of top coat is needed for a smooth finish.
