Description:
A Vampy Dark Purple Scattered Holo Jelly with Magenta Holo Glitter, Navy Holo Glitter and shimmering Glass Flecks.
Formula & Application:
I applied two coats to achieve full opacity and sealed it with a glossy top coat. Formula was great and applied easily. No fishing needed for the glitters. Because it is so glitter packed you will need one to two coats of top coat for a smooth finish.
