Happy hump day loves! Today is the half way point in our week at Digit-al Dozen. If you haven't read my last 2 posts then here is a quick reminder of what this months prompt is. Nail Heroes, meaning we are doing manis inspired by our favorite nail artists, nail tools, polish ect.
Well today is a special one because today's post is in honor of my bestie Rose, www.manicureandmarvelous.com! Rose and I "met" about 2 1/2 years ago when I asked her to review some of my CDB Lacquer polishes and we have been friends ever since. She took me under her wing when I first ventured into this nail world and has taught me so much since! One of those things is stamping! When I tried my very first stamping manicure it was awful. I couldn't get anything to pick up, didn't have the right polishes ect. and Rose linked me to all the things needed to create a good stamping mani and I have been hooked ever since. So today I decided to do one of my favorite stamping manis she has ever done(and prob my favorite mani of hers in general). Her Snowflake pond mani!
(you can find all info on Rose's Snowflake pond mani, here)
And here was my result!
I decided to go with purples instead of blues because well, purple is my favorite color haha! I followed Rose's video tutorial, which was super easy to follow and I am more then excited with my finished result! I love it! I just hope I did her design justice!
I couldn't stop staring at this mani! I still can't stop looking at the pics! It has so much dimension and looks so squishy! haha Rose is a genius for creating this theme for a pond mani. LOVE it!
