Happy Saturday My fellow Nail Crazies!
Happy Saturday My fellow Nail Crazies!
Yay! It's finally the weekend! haha not that I'm able to do much with everything going on but at least the hubs is home so I'm not dealing with it by myself lol. Anyways, I was able to get a couple more swatches done yesterday and I am extremely excited to share them with you! I'm so in love with them haha! They are the 2 4th of July polishes from Duh Nail Polish "America The Great" collection. So let's not waist any time, lets get started!
First up is Lady Liberty. A silver holo polish with silver holo flecks. I used 2 coats to achieve full opacity and sealed it with GlistenandGlows top coat. The formula was perfect and the application was amazing! It went on extremely easy, evenly and smoothly. This holo beauty is just absolutely gorgeous and I wish my camera could have captured it but of course it didnt lol It has a beautiful scattered rainbow effect that make this polish that much more great!
Next is Boom Boom Boom. A clear glitter topper with red, silver and bright blue glitters that consist of shreds, squares and hexes. I used 1 dabbing coat over an ombre and sealed it with glistenandglows top coat. The polishes I used for the ombre are Whootyhoot Creations "Don't Deserve My Best" and China Glazes "Sky High Top" and "White on White". No fishing or placement was needed. The name fit perfectly with the polish in my opinion because the glitter reminded me of fireworks right after they go off and they start to fizzle away.
I loved this polish so much I actually did a fun little art mani with it. I used @LemmingPolish tutorial to achieve this look.
Overall this duo gets 5 out of 5 stars! Formulas were great and no fishing or placement was needed. They are 4th of July polishes but Lady Liberty can be used all day everyday haha and Boom Boom Boom can go with numerous American holiday themed manis. You can get these for $8.00 each.
Until Next time!
